Impact Pad

It is an established fact that excessive impact on belt surfaces due to material lump size and height of fall, damages the conveyor belt having conventional impact rollers with rubber rings/sleeves. This leads to extra maintenance effort, contributing to cost hike and reduced machine availability. Impact Pad replaces these conventional impact idlers at the Transfer Points with an added advantage of spillage control. Impact pads are supplied with modular design frames consisting of Central Main Frame and Wing Supports with adjustment brackets to suit all types of belt. The Modular support structure has been designed for easy installation to withstand heavy impact.

Impact Roller Liners

The conveyor roller is an important part of any conveyor system because they are used to effectively support the conveyor belt and bulk materials. Conveyor rollers consist of housing, shaft, bearing, housing, seals and snaps. We mechanical conveyor rollers has unique structure, reasonable accessories, accurate assembly, large capacity and long service life.

Trough Roller
Trough roller are the most commonly used on the belt conveyor.
The groove angles of trough roller sets are 10°,20°,35°,45°, and can customize production according to different standards by customers.

Return Roller
The return roller are used to support the belt to prevent stretching and sagging.
Return roller sets consist of a single roller mounted on two drop brackets.

Impact Roller
The impact roller are generally installed in the area where the belt conveyor receives materials.
The surface of the impact roller is rubber ring which absorb impact forces and minimize the damage of materials to the belt.

Comb Roller
The comb roller can prevent the belt from deviating and clean the adhesive on the belt
Especially, when the belt conveyor transports sticky materials, the most difficult problem to solve is how to remove the materials stuck on the belt. Comb roller are one of the best options to solve this problem.

Conveyor Idlers and Frames

The conveying process would not be complete without idlers. They provide full-length support for the belt and conveyed material, keeping it from straining, drooping, and eventually failing. Conveyor idlers are frequently required to work in challenging conditions such as unclean, dusty, high humidity, and extreme heat or cold.

The Weartech Solutions idlers are designed to have a minimal drag, break away mass and bearing misalignment. This allows the belt rollers to have a low friction force that extends the life of the conveyor idler.
